Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Deliveries to UK mainland only.

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be free of charge.

All free postage items will usually be sent by Royal Mail,  there is an option for recorded delivery available at checkout for an additional cost.

We also offer a premium Next Business Day courier delivery service Via DPD Local.

We try to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on that day, any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard Royal Mail delivery service can take between 2 to 5 days to get delivered to you.

Returns

For returns, please use the contact form on this website and we will verify and issue you an RMA number.  Without an RMA number we cannot process. Returns postage is paid for by the customer unless prior agreement from management is made.

You must inform us within 3 working days, if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
