Use of the Website

By using the website or making a purchase on the site you agree to have read, understood and to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are uncertain about any of the terms then please contact us.

Purchase Eligibility

In order to make purchases on the site you will require to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you confirm that the payment details you provide when ordering are correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the information provided.

Our Agreement with you

In this Agreement we are DellSpareParts.co.uk and you the customer are the person detailed on the order form. Our Agreement is made with you on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the order form. Our Agreement includes all correspondence and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our website.

By making an offer to purchase you authorise us to perform credit checks, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. Since credit and card checks normally occur after the transaction processes we reserve the right to refuse, void, credit or refund a transaction or transactions without supplying a reason even although it has processed on the website. We do not accept any loss or expense that may have been incurred by the customer if we take such action but any monies received by DellSPareParts.co.uk from the customer will be refunded in full.

We may acknowledge receipt of your order on our website or by email. This is not our acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If your chosen item is in stock your order will be processed immediately. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit card and your chosen products will be dispatched within 48 hours. We can only deliver to the registered billing address if the order is placed through paypal. If an item is sold out we will remove it or the unavailable sizes from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, order the product in for you or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.


Payment can be made securely online through PayPal. This is a fully secure encryption service run by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout. Just sign in as a guest.

All prices will be billed in pounds sterling.

We are not VAT Registered.

Risk and Property

Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement, property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.

Errors and Omissions

DellSpareParts.co.uk reserve the right not to supply goods or refund a transaction where an error or omission has been made in the details of any product offered for sale.


Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated the goods are Used and in good working condition, either Refurbished by ourselves or by Dell. The photograph(s) show the good(s) for sale or a model of similar type and representation. All Parts are genuine Dell Parts from Dell – We do not supply fake or copy parts.


Dead Pixcel LCD Display Guidelines

Each Pixel is made up of a red, green and blue sub-pixel. When a sub-pixel is fixed in an unchanging state, the visible result is a tiny black, white or colored spot that appears on the screen. There are generally two types of sub-pixel defects namely bright and dark sub-pixel defects. A sub-pixel defect is also referred to as a dot defect.

Bright Sub-Pixel Defects: A sub-pixel remains permanently lit, resulting in a white or colored dot on a black background.

Dark Sub-Pixel Defects: A sub-pixel remains permanently unlit, resulting in a black or colored dot on a white background.

During LCD manufacturing process, it is not uncommon for one or more sub-pixels to become fixed in an unchanging state. A display with a 1 to 5 fixed sub-pixel is considered normal and within industry standards.

Only if you have more than 6 Pixcels dead will we replace the screen.


Warranty / Returns Procedure

We do not refund any postage costs for items returned to us.

All items are used tested and sold with a 30 day Return to Base warranty unless otherwise stated.

Returns postage is paid for by the customer unless prior agreement from management.

Within 30 days of receiving delivery of the product, the buyer must notify us that the product is faulty, then return the product to us at the buyers expense with our RMA number, an item can be returned for exchange only (refunds at the discretion of the management only if within a 14 day period from customer receipt).

Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged.

If a Customer returns a product because they did not read the description correctly a Re-Stocking Fee 20% will be deducted.

Batteries are not covered under any standard warranty unless reported within the first 30 days from delivery.  Given the nature of battery operation, their respective performance cannot be guaranteed. Batteries will have a minimum of 75% heath from Manufacture.

An authorised RMA Number must be obtained before any item can be returned.  Refunds are not permitted at all after 30 days from receipt.  Any refunds are at the discretion of the management of DellSpareParts.  For an RMA number please contact us using the Contact us form on the website

Any product returned to the seller for replacement, but on examination is not found to be faulty shall be returned to the buyer.

If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt.  Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 days to do so. DellSpareParts cannot be held responsible for any shipping charges occurred to the buyer for a change of mind return

All our products are security marked and serial numbers recorded to prevent fraud.
